Kjersti has been in the healthcare industry since 2007 and has worked as a Registered Nurse for ten of those years. The past five years her work has been focused on healthcare quality and improving nursing care delivered to patients in the hospital setting. Kjersti created Thrive Aesthetics & Wellness because of her passion for helping other’s improve their lives, physically and mentally. Currently Kjersti is over Nursing Quality at a highly recognized academic health center.

Lauren Menlove graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Utah Valley University in 2017. For the past six years she has taken care of our tiniest humans in the Newborn ICU. She has a passion for health and wellness and is always looking for ways to improve her own and other’s physical and mental health.
